Sumner Coastguard Ramp Dredging

With gravel deposits preventing the boat being launched at either side of low tide for approximately two hours there was a need to dredge and clear the launching channel on the seaside of the launching ramp. One of Seipp Construction's purpose built marine long reach excavators dredged the channel using 3D GPS systems eliminating the constraints of poor visibility and potential damage to the boat ramp.
