roles
Do you have what It takes?
- B.E Civil or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
- Proven experience (at least three years) as a Project Manager delivering civil construction contracts up to $10 million.
- Proven technical prowess managing civil concrete structures such as pump stations, bridges and pipelines.
- Track record delivering high quality through innovation and smart, timely decision-making.
- Expertise in financial management, including cost reporting and contract management.
- A collaborative mindset to foster high-performing project teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Do you have what It takes?
- B.E Civil or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
- Over 15 years in civil construction.
- Proven experience managing projects over $30M in New Zealand, Australia or the UK
- Career progression from Site Engineer to Project Engineer to Project Manager, with diverse, high-responsibility roles.
- Expertise in financial management, including cost reporting and contract management.
- A collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with stakeholders and management.

Smooth entry into construction
From School to Seipp – we’ve made starting a rewarding career easy. Get micro-credentials while still in school, scoring credits with Connexis Gateway. And after you graduate high school, earn while you learn, gaining NZQA qualifications over a four to five-year apprenticeship. We’ve made it financially rewarding as you build a career you can be proud of.

Engineering interns
and grads
From Uni to Seipp – we offer two summer internships for engineering students and jobs for graduates. We know how to support new talent coming into the industry, giving you real-world experience alongside Project Engineers in the office and on site. You’ll be exposed to some exciting infrastructure projects, enriching your studies and bringing the whole profession to life.

Seipp has four apprenticeship options to help you get to Civil Trade Certification. We invest in future talent and give you experience with the tools and in the office to give you a broad education on some big and complex projects. You’ll be looked after by Seipp mentors who will champion your learning to help you build a cool career.
